Use your film-making skills to create a one-minute video - preferably one with a plot or story. Any subject, any topic (within reason, of course - see our Rules Page for complete details).
The winners will be picked by a combination of online voting and a crack panel of Cape Cod Media Group employees. Winners will be announced at a Gala Red-Carpet awards ceremony in March, 2010.
